I discovered water therapy more than 4 years ago when I was looking for inner security. Being held by the water, by a therapist and given direction of movements in a safe container gave me the possibility to relax and let go, to trust again. My perception of the outside world completely changed after that. I wanted more of it, feeling again the lightness, the freedom, the expansion. All of it opened a complete new world to me and as I was surrendering to the experience, it made me connect deeper to myself.  

Today when I give a session, I feel so much joy offering the same possibility of safety and freedom to relax. Being the one opening and holding the space is such an honor.

A session can unfold just on the surface, floating and deeply relaxing, supported by movements, stretching, massage and a different pace of breathing. 

I also work with progressive immersions if you feel comfortable and according to your limits.

Every session is unique, customized for your body and state of being the day you come, in a chemical-free 35°C water, similar to the body temperature for an optimal relaxation. 

Beyond experiencing another world, water therapy helps reducing muscle and joint pain, as well as stress, anxiety or water related fears. 

In this sacred geometry shaped water temple specially built for aquatic body work in Sintra, the invitation is to experience a unique way to take care of your body & mind and to receive the healing power of the water.
