This is the most powerful tool I have experienced in my life, connecting the micro and macro, what I feel inside and the bigger picture out there. It speaks to the rational part of my brain and to the sensitive one. It helps me recognize, accept and hopefully agree on what's unfolding for me and in the world. It gives context to my kundalini yoga practice, guiding me on what I should focus on.
