Essential Oils
My journey with essential oils goes back to India, where I experienced their subtle power. A friend of mine was preparing a customized mix, based on chakras balance. I used to rely on this little bottle like gold to give my mood a boost whenever needed. It helped me to bring awareness on my energy level and give it another direction.
The impact of smell is so unique, it can travel in time so fast. By working on anchoring the transformation process of my clients in karam kriya consulations, I got the idea to use this special route.
I invite people in nature to connect with the elements around on a short walk, and to meditate on the change they want to bring in their lives. As we exchange, we finalise a clear intention we take the time to breath in. Then, blindfolded, the experience starts: I make them smell one by one a selection of essential oils and we craft together a very special elixir that non only reflects the moment, but their intention, this commitment to change.
And this little bottle becomes the bridge between two worlds: the one we are in, and the one we want to invite, reminding ourselves who we want to be, where we want to return to.
This is not aroma therapy but more based on intuition, and trusting the body's intelligence to remember. It is a very special moment to share and you go home with your little piece of gold.
